Refund and Replacement Policy

OUR REPLACEMENT POLICY

On delivery day you have to make a Proper video( Show all sides of the package ) while opening the package. If the product is damaged or not working you have to tell us on delivery day via mail support@awwalshop.com  or WhatsApp +91-7820090554. then only we can provide you a replacement but returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

RETURNS

No exchange No Return No Refund on product dislike basis. We always provide best quality, but every customer taste n expectations is different.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we only offer replacements.

Incase order is returned by courier due to customer not accepted or not Available, order Re-dispatch fees needs to be paid by customer, no refund in this case, So give proper address & contact number, also Keep track your parcel.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can’t be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp  +91-7820090554.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Awwalshop. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
